Cancellation Policy

PARTICIPATION Live online class via Zoom. After booking you receive an email with the Zoom link. Please log in 5 minutes before the start. The link is personal and must not be shared. Recording by participants is not permitted. LEVEL & PACE Suitable for beginners, but easier with some yoga experience: the flow moves at a steady pace and not every movement is explained in detail. Listen to your body and adapt poses as needed. WHAT YOU NEED Stable internet connection, camera and microphone, yoga mat, comfortable clothing. Optional: blanket, cushion, block. HEALTH This class is not medical treatment or therapy. If you have injuries or health concerns or are pregnant, please consult your doctor beforehand and tell me before the start. MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS The class takes place with at least 8 participants. If fewer have booked 24 hours before the start, it is cancelled and you get a full refund. CANCELLATION Free cancellation or rebooking up to 24 hours before the start. After that, or if you do not attend, the price remains due. LEVEL & TEMPO Für Einsteigende geeignet, mit etwas Yoga-Erfahrung leichter: Der Flow läuft in gleichmäßigem Tempo und nicht jede Bewegung wird im Detail erklärt. Höre auf deinen Körper und passe Übungen bei Bedarf an. WAS DU BRAUCHST Stabile Internetverbindung, Kamera und Mikrofon, Yogamatte, bequeme Kleidung. Optional: Decke, Kissen, Block. GESUNDHEIT Die Stunde ist keine medizinische Behandlung und keine Therapie. Bei Verletzungen, gesundheitlichen Beschwerden oder Schwangerschaft sprich bitte vorher mit deiner Ärztin oder deinem Arzt und sag mir vor Beginn Bescheid. MINDESTTEILNEHMERZAHL Die Stunde findet ab 8 Teilnehmenden statt. Haben sich 24 Stunden vor Beginn weniger angemeldet, wird sie abgesagt und du bekommst den Preis voll erstattet. STORNIERUNG Kostenlose Stornierung oder Umbuchung bis 24 Stunden vor Beginn. Danach oder bei Nichterscheinen bleibt der Preis fällig.
