Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a dynamic, flowing class designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. The steady pace makes it ideal for students with some prior yoga experience. Expect a fluid sequence of poses that link movement with the rhythm of your breath, helping you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and find your flow. You’ll need: a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a stable internet connection. Optional props: block, cushion, or blanket. The class is held live on Zoom. Please log in 5 minutes early to settle in. Come as you are and enjoy the flow. ✨

Participation This class is held live online via Zoom. After booking, you will automatically receive an email with the Zoom link. Please log in 5 minutes before the class starts. Level & Pace The class is suitable for beginners, but better for participants with some yoga experience, as the flow moves at a steady pace and not every movement is explained in detail. Always listen to your body and modify poses as needed. Requirements Stable internet connection, yoga mat, and comfortable clothing. Optional: blanket, cushion, or yoga block. Health You practice at your own responsibility. If you have injuries, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, please consult your doctor beforehand. Cancellation Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the class. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
